Returns And Refunds Policy

When you buy from we want you to be happy with your purchase. So if you need to return a product, get it exchanged or refunded, we want to make it as easy as possible.

Here is everything you need to know:
Our refund policy 
If any of our products fall below the standard you were promised, we will happily refund or exchange it according to the terms and conditions set out below.

  • If or its merchants unable to procure products: a reasonable time of 7-10 days from the date of authorization has to be given.
  • Products faulty on arrival and non repairable.
  • Products are lost in deliveries.
  • Product is not repairable on receipt.
  • Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Bundle offers or “Buy 1 Get 1 free” offers: In this case you will have to return all the items in this offer.
  • Refund settlement will take place once the returned product has been received back at the merchant outlet and a quality check has taken place, this procedure normally takes 4-5 days, then 2 business days to issue the refund. Please be aware that sometimes the refund will not show on your account until the next statement cycle is issued from your bank.
  • We will refund the delivery charge in full if the product received is faulty / damaged and you return all products of your order at the same time. If you choose to keep some of the products, we will retain the balance of the delivery charge that applies to the products you keep.
  • Please keep all items with their complete packaging and inside packaging intact if you intend to refund any items within the conditions set out. No exchange or refund will be considered without it.

How to return a product
All orders will be refunded if the product is received “Faulty / damaged” or within a 2 day period if the product is found to be Faulty (Exceptions apply see electrical returns) in such cases the product must be returned with all correct manuals, packaging intact and all correct cables that came with the product, if any of these are found to be incorrect then the refund will not be processed.

After the 2 day window for refund of faulty products any product that becomes faulty after this period will be subject to the manufactures warranty, customer support can assist in directing you to manufacturer’s location so that after sales service with the supplier can be arranged (where applicable)

Any product past the initial period of refund as set out above and after the manufacturer warranty period will not be eligible for either refund or exchange.

Courier delivered products
If the product was delivered to your home or office by a courier, we can arrange a courier collection for its return. Call customer services  9207772801 to arrange this. Please make sure courier collected products are well packaged for their return journey all outer packaging must be in the condition it was received in.

Supplier delivered and large products
Larger products or products delivered directly by one of our suppliers. Pl. contact the supplier first and if there is no resolution, to return these products call our customer services. We'll arrange for the supplier to contact you to agree a suitable collection date.

How to exchange or replace a product
In case of an incident where a replacement product may be required again please contact the customer services team who will arrange this in line with the Terms & Conditions for replacement and/or faulty products.

Electrical returns 
We are unable to accept returns of the below mentioned item unless found defective on receipt on imaging and recording products, these include:

  • MP3/4 players
  • Digital cameras and photo frames
  • Camcorders
  • Hard drives and USB devices
  • Software, CD DVD’s Cartridges Blank CD DVD”s
  • Laptop / desktops / net books / tablet
  • Satellite navigation systems
  • Games consoles and games.
  • Hygienic items (Hair care, dental items)
  • Smart phones / Mobiles

Courier returns
Call customer services on 9207772801 to arrange a courier collection for products delivered through courier.  If you paid by card then only we will refund you on the same once the quality check has been carried out.

Charges and getting your refund

Charges will apply for items where you the customer change your mind after the product has been shipped.

Delivery charges
If you have told us you're going to return all of your order within 2 working days of receiving it due to faulty products we will refund your delivery charge in full. If you're only returning some of the products, or all of the products but after the seven working day period, your delivery charge will not be refunded and further charges for uplift may apply.

Getting your refund
If a courier collects your returned product, your refund will be on the card you used to pay and will be as per the next billing cycle once we've received your returned product on Soomzone approval. You must also return any free or discounted products bought together as part of a promotional offer. If the product does not fully comply with our policy, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

Your Consumer rights
Nothing in our returns policy affects your consumer rights.


Refund and cancellation of Travel products:


  • Online Card Payments: Visa and Master Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. One need not to worry about the transactions as these transactions are authorized by your bank only without passing any information to us. The transaction totally depends on your internet connection and is not responsible for decline of transaction. doesn’t retain any Credit Card information. 

    If the payment on Credit Card is declined for some reason, holds the right to cancel the order without any prior notice to the customer charges a service/convenience fee on all Airline bookings which is non-refundable in case of cancellation. 
  • Internet Banking: If you have account in any of the bank, then you can pay for your order through the respective bank’s net banking options and the respective amount will be debited from your account automatically. The payments are processed through online gateway system which enables secure and safe transactions.


One should not take any action till the confirmation receipt of your transaction. In case where confirmations are to be received by email, please check your Spam/Junk folder also before contacting us.


An e-ticket which is a paperless document having unique confirmation number and is mandatory to be produced at the airport airline counter, will be sent to you on the email address provided by you at the time of booking. will not be held responsible in case Airline denies to issue a boarding pass or doesn’t allow you to travel. For getting a boarding pass the customer should have an e-ticket with the proper confirmation number along with a photo identity proof (Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License etc). is not liable for the delivery of the email in your inbox. suggests you to provide the email address of trusted servers and service providers. shall not be liable if the customer do not comply with this requirement. One can cancel flight booking online by signing in to their respective account on An amount of Rs 300/- per person per sector (for Domestic Flight) and Rs1000/- per person per sector (for International Flight) will be charged on account of cancellation charges over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge. Pl. read carefully the cancellation policy of Airline from booking page as respective airlines have different conditions for cancellation.

To amend or cancel tickets offline, one is required to call our customer care (9207772801/9625 800 800) from 10am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday). An amount of Rs 1000/- per person per sector (for Domestic Flight) and Rs 2000/- per person per sector (for International Flight) will be charged on account of all offline cancellations over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge.

For rescheduling of domestic flights, an amount of Rs 500/- per person per sector will be charged over and above the fare difference and Airline charges for rescheduling.  For rescheduling a ticket, please contact us (9207772801) at least 48 hours prior to the departure time.

Customers are advised to refer and acquaint themselves with the relevant airline/carrier amendment, cancellation and refund policy with respect to the ticket/hotel to be booked while using services. You may be required to visit the nearest airline office of the respective airline to cancel your reservation.

The customer must read the individual airline terms and conditions in order to find out if ticket to be booked is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charges as holds no liability whatsoever in this regard.


In case of no show, one has to make request for any valid and applicable refunds within 30 days from the travel date in case of Air/Cab/Bus Tickets and/or the date of Check-In for Hotel Booking. No refund request will be entertained after 30 days of the Travel/Check-In date as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such No-Show/ Unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.

The refund shall be processed within 20-30 working days from the date of cancellation request. If the payment has been received through credit card, the refund of the same will be made to your credit card account. Payments made using any other form of payment will refunded through cheque within a maximum of 45 working days from the date of cancellation request. In case of technical failure/error, if the booking is not confirmed or processed, Soomzone will process your refund upon request in 10 working days. Soomzone will not be liable for any damages caused.

The above mentioned refund and cancellation processing time may vary. In case of absence of relevant documents, like lost or damaged tickets, refund process cannot be initiated.

In case Hotel reservation is made on the website and thereafter you are not contactable on the contact details provided by you at the time of booking, then the Hotel reservation will stand cancelled and will not be held liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard.
